Biography:

Neil Linden-Johnson

Neil has been working as a producer in the conference and communications industry since 1994.  He has produced conferences and shows for clients ranging from various divisions of BT including the Chief executives’ PCG Roadshow for both Michael Hepher and Sir Peter Bonfield through to American Express, Balfour Beatty, Lego, Lever Brothers. He produced and directed the prestigious IEE/IET Faraday lecture  every year from 1999 – 2007 and was actively involved in all aspects of the project including, in the latter years, writing the presentation.  Subjects included, Digital technology, Music Technology, Forensic science, The Smart Home, Robotics, Climate Change and Formula 1 Motorsport,

Along with producing events and conferences he also works as presentation consultant advising on content and technique and has worked with a number of executives of blue chip companies at board level. Most recently he has worked with Senior managers at Balfour Beatty and has also worked with Bougyues Construction helping prepare bid presentations on a number of PFI projects and senior managers at American express on a leadership roadshow in London, Paris and Cologne. 

Neil has kept abreast of latest management theory, communications and practice through on-going study with the Open University and Cranfield School of management. He achieved the Diploma in Management in 2001 and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in 2005.

Neil’s background was in theatre initially as a performer and then as a producer, he is still a keen theatre goer and enjoys reading, writing, swimming and travelling and recently has started running.  He hopes to run the London Marathon in 2009.

He lives in Somerset with his wife Ros and four children Harry, George, Alfie and Mary.

I have been involved in numerous productions for both Wells Cathedral School and Millfield School inc: “Twelfth Night”, “As You Like it”, “Much Ado about Nothing”,  “West Side Story”, “Cindy”, “Hood”, “Alice the Musical” and most recently “The Dracula Rock Show”. “Cindy” and “Alice the Musical” both went to Edinburgh for the fringe festival.
